How do I restore my premium subscription?
Open the app, go to the Premium tab and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Google account you used to subscribe. If premium still doesn't appear, email us with your order number from the Google Play receipt.
I subscribed but ARIA still shows the FAQ list
This usually resolves with Restore Purchases in the Premium tab. If you recently updated the app, premium is now linked to your account rather than your device — sign in with the account you subscribed under, then restore. Contact us if it persists.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play, not within the app. Open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select UniPath Australia and tap Cancel. You'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I use the app without creating an account?
Yes. Tap Continue as Guest on the first screen. You'll have full access to all 30 universities, courses, scholarships and the visa guide. The only difference is that your checklist progress won't be saved between sessions unless you create a free account.
I forgot my password
Accounts are stored locally on your device, so there is no password reset by email. If you've forgotten your password, you can create a new free account, or continue as a guest. Your saved universities and progress remain on the device.
Is my data safe?
Your account details and progress are stored locally on your device, not on our servers. ARIA conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude API and are not retained after your response is delivered. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The information about a course/university seems outdated
University fees and requirements change regularly. We update our database periodically, but always verify the latest details directly with the university. If you spot something significantly wrong, email us and we'll correct it.
Is UniPath Australia an official government app?
No. UniPath Australia is an independent app and is not affiliated with the Australian Government or any university. For official visa matters, consult a MARA-registered Migration Agent or immi.homeaffairs.gov.au.
